Includes 1 hour of hands-on support per month (12×7, 6-hour response).

How is the Server Management 1 license activated?
Enter your server's IP address at checkout. As soon as payment clears, the license is active on that IP and your dashboard shows the one SSH command that installs it. No license key is needed.
Which billing periods can I choose?
Monthly, Annual, 2 years, 3 years.
Can I get a refund?
No. Licenses are non-refundable once activated, because the license cost is paid out at activation. If you are not sure the product fits your server, ask us before you buy.
