We are TSL (The Server License), a provider of licenses for server-related products such as cPanel, DirectAdmin, CloudLinux, Imunify, JetBackup, etc. We are an independent entity and not affiliated with any vendor.
All licenses purchased through us, except for cPanel verified bundles and WHMCS full-feature licenses, will be verified by us. Updates for these licenses will be obtained directly from the official vendor.
We guarantee that our licenses are not harmful or cracked. Your privacy and server security are ensured. For further information, please refer to our FAQs.

2. License Purchases
2.1 No licenses, credits, or funds added will be refunded. All services are non-refundable as the payment is deducted from our backend when the order is placed.
2.2 These licenses are for legitimate use only and are not to be used for any illegal or malicious purposes. We reserve the right to terminate services and take legal action against any misuse of our licenses.
2.3 Verified License Verification Process:

The specific methods employed are considered confidential business information (trade secrets) and will not be disclosed publicly. This protects our processes and ensures the continued reliability of our verification services.2.3.3 Benefits of Verification:

3. Support
We provide support for our products and licenses only. Our support is limited to addressing issues related to the licenses purchased from us. We do not provide support for unsupported operating systems or other server-related issues.
Support requests can be submitted via tickets or WhatsApp, and we aim to resolve them within 2 to 48 working hours.
We will not access or create any kind of web panel or datacenter logins, including but not limited to Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Contabo, Hetzner, or Google Cloud. Accessing these services requires additional training for our engineers, and there may be customer balances, credit/debit cards, PayPal accounts, or other financial services attached. Therefore, we will not log in or create VPS or instances for customers. Customers must share SSH access with us, and we will install licenses for free. If the customer has purchased Server Advanced Setup, we will set up and configure the software for them.
4. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services without prior notification if there is a breach of our terms and conditions or if there are valid reasons for termination.
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from service termination.
5. Late Fees
A late fee of 10% will be added to all overdue services. Once added, late fees will not be exempt.
6. Support Response Time
We strive to respond to all support queries within 2 to 48 working hours. However, response times may vary depending on the volume of requests.
7. Termination Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if a customer is found to have made false accusations or ratings on any platform without addressing the issue to us first.
8. Ratings and Reviews
Customers are encouraged to provide honest feedback and ratings for our services. However, false accusations or ratings may result in service suspension or termination.
9. Account Management
We do not manage customer servers unless server management services have been purchased from us separately. Customers are responsible for managing their own servers.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our customers' information and data. We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.
11. Cancellation Process
Customers who wish to cancel their services with TSL must submit a cancellation request through their Client Area. You can access your Client Area at https://tslz.net/ca.
- Locate the "Services" section within your Client Area.
- Identify the specific service you wish to cancel.
- Click on the "Cancellation" option associated with that service.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation request.
To ensure security and authorized cancellation requests, we do not accept cancellations via WhatsApp or Live Chat. Our Client Area login system provides a secure and verifiable method to confirm your identity before processing any cancellation requests.
