We watch your server around the clock — uptime, load, disk and service monitoring with automatic restarts if anything goes down — and handle the monthly maintenance: cPanel/WHM and PHP updates, CloudLinux kernel updates, firewall ruleset updates and security patches. Includes 1 hour of hands-on support per month (12×7, 6-hour response).

We take over the routine so you can focus on your clients. Everything in Server Management 1, plus weekly maintenance — cPanel and plugin updates, Imunify360 definition updates, backup job verification, MySQL log and cache cleanup — and active security monitoring: we respond to Imunify360 alerts, review firewall blocks, analyse failed logins, detect outgoing spam and check your server against blacklists.

Server Management 3

Proactive management for busy production servers. Everything in Server Management 2, plus ongoing performance work — MySQL slow-query analysis, web-server log review, PHP-FPM tuning and cache monitoring — and hands-on security response: malware quarantine and cleanup, compromised-account lockdown, firewall rules against active attacks, and blacklist delisting (Spamhaus, Barracuda and others).

Server Management 4

Your server team, without the salary. Everything in Server Management 3, plus advanced incident response — DDoS mitigation, real-time attack analysis, full malware forensics, spam-outbreak containment and emergency migration assistance — and monthly optimization of MySQL, PHP-FPM pools, CloudLinux limits and caching strategy. The closest thing to having your own sysadmin on staff.
