Includes 1 hour of hands-on support per month (12×7, 6-hour response).

Proactive management for busy production servers. Everything in Server Management 2, plus ongoing performance work — MySQL slow-query analysis, web-server log review, PHP-FPM tuning and cache monitoring — and hands-on security response: malware quarantine and cleanup, compromised-account lockdown, firewall rules against active attacks, and blacklist delisting (Spamhaus, Barracuda and others).

Everything in Server Management 3, plus advanced incident response — DDoS mitigation, real-time attack analysis, full malware forensics, spam-outbreak containment and emergency migration assistance — and monthly optimization of MySQL, PHP-FPM pools, CloudLinux limits and caching strategy.
