Important Payment Update: Action Required for PayPal & Stripe Subscriptions

Dear Valued Customers,

We have recently changed our PayPal and Stripe accounts due to a business transition. Unfortunately, we no longer have access to the previous accounts, and we are not responsible for any automatic payment deductions made to them.

What You Need to Do?

✅ For PayPal Users:

• Please log in to your PayPal account and manually cancel any active subscriptions related to RedTalkers or Ryan (or any similar name appearing in your subscription list).
• You will need to manually make new payments to our updated account: Institute of Human Development via PayPal.
• If you need assistance, our Skype support team can guide you.

✅ For Credit Card Payments:

• We offer two payment options for credit card users: 1️⃣ One-time payment link (expires in 3 hours).
  2️⃣ Recurring payment link (same amount deducted automatically every month).
• You can request either option by contacting our Skype support team and providing your invoice number.

✅ For Stripe Users:

• Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds via Stripe because we no longer have access to the previous account.
• We recommend opening a dispute with your bank to recover any unauthorized charges.

✅ Fund Adjustment for PayPal Payments:

• If your PayPal subscription was charged in the last 15 days, we can adjust your payment to our new account. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

How to Cancel Your PayPal Subscription (Step-by-Step Guide)

Follow these simple steps to cancel your subscription in PayPal:

1️⃣ Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com.
2️⃣ Click on the Settings (⚙️ gear icon) in the top-right corner.
3️⃣ Select Payments from the menu.
4️⃣ Click on Manage automatic payments.
5️⃣ Locate the subscription associated with RedTalkers or Ryan.
6️⃣ Click on the subscription name to view details.
7️⃣ Click Cancel to stop future payments.
8️⃣ Confirm your cancellation when prompted.

Once cancelled, you can proceed with making a manual payment to our new account via PayPal or request a credit card payment link through Skype.
