Wallet and Deposit Bonus Explained
Your wallet is a prepaid balance on your TheServerLicense.com account. You put credit in, and your invoices come out of it without you having to be there.
The one rule worth remembering
If you have balance, your next invoice is paid from it automatically.
Renewal invoices are created seven days before a licence expires. At that moment, if there is credit in your wallet, the invoice is settled from it and the licence rolls over. You get the receipt by email.
Where more than one invoice is waiting, overdue ones are cleared first, then the smallest amounts, then whatever is due soonest.
When the balance is not quite enough
The credit you have is applied to the invoice and the difference stays owing. Nothing is refused and nothing is charged twice. Top up again and the remainder clears itself.
Two things the wallet will not do on its own: it never pays a wallet top-up invoice, and it leaves alone an order you started more than a week ago and never completed.
Deposit bonus
Deposits of $100 and over carry bonus credit, added at the same moment as the deposit.

Only one tier applies to a deposit — the highest your amount reaches. Every qualifying deposit earns it, not just your first. Bonus credit spends exactly like the rest of your balance, and none of it expires.
Deposits start at $1 and a single deposit can go up to $10,000.
Paying in
Card or crypto, from the Wallet page in your dashboard. Whichever you choose, the balance and the bonus appear together once the payment clears.
If you would rather cancel than renew
Cancel the licence before its renewal invoice is created — more than seven days before the expiry date. No invoice is raised, so your balance is untouched.
After the invoice exists, a funded wallet pays it immediately. If that happens and it should not have, open a ticket and we will look at it with you.
Common questions
Can I take wallet credit back out? No. It is credit for buying on TheServerLicense.com, so deposit what you expect to spend here.
Does bonus credit expire? No. Neither does the rest of your balance.
Can I still use promo codes if I pay from the wallet? Yes. The bonus applies when you deposit; discounts apply when you buy. They are separate.
Can the wallet top itself up? Yes — set a trigger level and an amount under Auto-Topup on the Wallet page. It charges a card you have already saved.
Where do I see the history? The Wallet page lists every deposit, bonus and invoice payment with the balance after each one.
